Prior to the new academic year, Direktorat Pendidikan publishes academic calendar valid for two semesters. There you will see which dates determined for administrative registration. This means that during these dates you will have to settle all payment of tuition fees for the next semester.
Administrative Registration is required to obtain your status as student of the study program you wish to enroll for the next one semester. For the odd semester, it is held from early to mid August and early to mid January for even semester of the valid academic year. You may be represented by someone else to conduct the payment. Remember that if you do not complete this administrative registration, you will not be registered for the upcoming semester and your period of study counts. Automatically, you will not be considered to proceed with academic registration as well.
Student card (KTM) holder:
You are advisable to ensure that you have sufficient balance in your KTM account to cover your tuition fee. BNI will automatically transfer your money amounting equally to the tuition fee to the university account. If you do not have sufficient balance in your account, you have to deposit in to your own KTM account the required amount of money to cover your tuition fee. Please retain the copy of deposit slip. The bank will deliver all copies of payment receipt to your faculty. You will receive one copy when you proceed academic registration.
Non-student card (KTM) holder:
Pay the tuition fee in cash via the selected bank BNI by completing the student’s name and Nomor Pokok Mahasiswa-NPM (index number)
The Bank will reserve the copy of payment receipts
- First copy for the student
- Second copy for the faculty
- Third copy for the Department/Study Program
- Fourth copy for the University (via Faculty)
- Fifth copy for BNI
Via transfer, clearing within BNI branches or other banks. Please observe how many days required for the process. Make sure it reaches BNI (UI Branch) before the closing date. State clearly the students name and NPM (index number) and account number at UI.
Remember that academic registration can be proceeded ONLY if you have settled the administrative registration. Normally continuing students have longer periods to settle their payment. Important notice: if you fail to meet the deadline for completing your administrative registration, you will not be registered for upcoming semester.
