Sabanci University, Turkey as one of the members of Erasmus+ offers programs for Universitas Indonesia’s lecturers and staff who has never participated in any scholarship program from the International Office. Programs offered are:
- Staff teaching week (for lecturer)
- Staff training week (for staff)
Scholarship offered for this program includes airfare tickets and allowance during the program.
Staffs who are interested can submit an application along with supporting documents to the International Office:
- Recommendation letters (Dean level for lecturer, or Head of Office. level for staffs)
- CV/Resume
- Project plan related to internationalization that will be developed in the faculty or in each office (for staff training week program only)

*Note: Staffs/lecturers who have participated/enrolled to any scholarship program offered by Erasmus+ from International Office UI are NOT eligible
