VU Amsterdam Summer School offers interactive small-scale courses at Bachelor and Master levels. The two-week courses cover multiple themes and are offered by all nine faculties of the university. Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. students, as well as professionals, are all welcome to apply. From start to finish, we will be here to support you with your course and practical issues such as accommodation. In addition to the course, we offer exciting social activities! Will you join us?
COURSES
During the month of July (2021) we offer 2-week online courses, and 2-week on-campus courses held at the campus of Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Below you can find which courses are taught online and which are taught on-campus.
Most courses are multi-disciplinary and are taught at various levels, from Bachelor to Master. The program is suitable for graduate and undergraduate students as well as for Ph.D. staff and professionals. The following entry requirements are set:
- Bachelor: at least enrolled in 1st year of Bachelor studies
- Advanced Bachelor: at least enrolled in 2nd year of Bachelor studies
- Master: at least enrolled in the final year of Bachelor studies – professionals need to have a Bachelor diploma
