Warwick University’s EGC Online Summer School
This summer, Warwick University offers the EGC Online Summer School program. Prepare yourself for a modern international environment and British cultural experience at Warwick. The module will be centered around British culture, politics and government, public speaking, and academic English topics. The courses are open for undergraduates students only.
Program details:
- Students can choose any of these modules:
- Aspects of British Culture (the family and relationships in Britain, essential English skills for studying abroad, politics and government, etc.)
- Presentation Skills (pronunciation, poster presentations, effective presentation skills, etc.)
- Academic Skills (fine-tuning your academic skills, critical thinking skills, listening to lectures, etc.)
- Each module consists of 16 students
- Program duration: 2 weeks, ten sessions
- Each session consists of 90 minute session every weekday
- Each session featuring a combination of asynchronous and synchronous input
- The webinar (synchronous input) will include all 16 participants and employ breakout groups for discussion activities and to facilitate task completion
- Online discussion forum and group work (moderated by the Director of Studies) will also be featured in the program, leading towards an end-of-program presentation
- Each session will run twice on each day (participants can choose to attend the session that is most suitable for them, based on their local time zone)
- This program is self-funded
- The program will be starting 7th June, 2021

Application deadline: 15 May 2021
Program’s fee: £550 for each module (includes registration, certification, and all tuition fees)
