Erasmus+ Student Mobility Program to Altinbaᶊ University, Turkey

This program allows students to participate in a student exchange program at Altinbaᶊ University with support from Erasmus+. Erasmus+ Grant covers monthly allowance per month during the program and returns airfare tickets. The applications will be taken only for the Spring semester in the 2021-2022 Academic Year. The deadline for application submission to International Office is 30.12.2021 – 13.01.2022 at 24:00 WIB to email: outbound @ui.ac.id.

 Application Criteria:

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

  1. UI Student with active status
  2. Students should be at the minimum, in their 3rd semester at UI, at the time of application.
  3. Have not registered 144 credits at UI (Including credits on the last semester at UI before departing for exchange) by the time of application.
  4. Mandatory to transfer credits exchange period to UI.
  5. Willing to obtain minimum credit requirement based on declaration before the start of your exchange period
  6. Will not graduate from UI, until the exchange period is completed.
  7. GPA minimum 3.2
  8. TOEFL/IELTS:
  • TOEFL ITP: 550
  • TOEFL PBT: 550
  • TOEFL IBT: 79
  • IELTS: 6.5
  1. Mandatory to purchase International Insurance that covers Covid-19 Treatment

FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

  1. UI Student with active status

  3. Have not registered 40 credits at UI (Including credits on the last semester at UI before departing for exchange) by the time of application.
  4. Mandatory to transfer credits exchange period to UI.
  5. Willing to obtain minimum credit requirement based on declaration before the start of your exchange period
  6. Will not graduate from UI, until the exchange period is completed.
  7. GPA minimum 3.2 (all major)
  8. TOEFL/IELTS :
  • TOEFL ITP: 550
  • TOEFL PBT: 550
  • TOEFL IBT: 79
  • IELTS: 6.5

Required Documents :

  1. Recommendation Letter from faculty signed by Dean or Vice DeanIn this recommendation letter, please indicate:
    1. The outbound exchange scheme that your faculty support and acknowledge (only online or only offline or both online and offline schemes are supported and acknowledged)
    2. Students will not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
    3. Academic credits earned from exchange programs abroad can be converted to UI
  2. Legalized Final transcripts (GPA min. 3.2)
  3. IRS for last semester at UI before departing exchange
  4. English Proficiency Certificate
  5. CV
  6. Motivation Letter

Erasmus+ Grant

Monthly grants and travel grants are available for the selected students. Participants will receive both monthly grants and travel grants.

Monthly Grant: 800 €

Travel Grant: 1500 € (Jakarta to Istanbul Return)
