Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Turkey as one of the members of Erasmus+ offers programs for Universitas Indonesia’s lecturers and staff who have never participated in any scholarship program from the International Office. The deadline of Application submission to the International Office is 11.11.2022 at 24:00 WIB to email: outbound @ui.ac.id.

Scholarship offered for this program includes airfare tickets and allowance during the program.
Staff who are interested can submit their application that consists of documents listed below:
- Recommendation letters (Dean level for lecturer)
- CV/Resume
- Teaching plan related to internationalization that will be developed in the faculty or in each office
- English proficiency certificate
All documents have to be merged in 1 (ONE) pdf format file in the order listed above. Send the documents to outbound@ui.ac.id at the latest on November 11th, 2022.
Erasmus+ Grant
Daily grants and travel grants are available for the selected staff. Participants will receive both daily grants and travel grants.
- Daily Grant: 140 €
- Travel Grant: 1500 € (Jakarta to Istanbul Return)
