VSE Season 2, 2022-23 includes regular-term courses offered by participating universities that start from January to April 2023.
Follow the steps below to make an application:
1. | Submit an application through the VSE Application System:
|
2. | To avoid delays in processing your application, you should immediately forward the confirmation email to your home university’s outbound VSE Coordinator for endorsement (ui-apru@ui.ac.id). There will be internal documents required to be submitted to the VSE Coordinator at your home university in order to get an endorsement. |
3. | The VSE Central Office will ask your home university if they would endorse your application. Your application must be endorsed by your home university before it would be sent to the corresponding course-offering university. Therefore, please make sure you have submitted your home university’s internal documents requirements. |
4. | Your endorsed application will be sent to the course-offering university after its specified application deadline. The course-offering university will review your application and decide if they would approve your application. |
5. | Once your application is approved, you will be notified of the result through email from the VSE Central Office and provided with further registration procedures by the course offering university. |
Note:
Each student may enroll in a maximum of 2 courses (from the same university or a different one) per APRU VSE season. If students would like to take two APRU VSE courses, then they should make 2 different applications to the APRU VSE Central Office.
In order to get an endorsement, please forward your confirmation email to the VSE Coordinator at your home university (ui-apru@ui.ac.id). There will be internal document requirements that you need to submit.
Please note that UI students that seek endorsement from UI International Office need to submit the required documents a maximum of seven (7) working days before the application deadline on the APRU VSE website.
Terms and Conditions:
- 1. During the VSE program, students remained active attending lectures in UI and will not bother with the student activities in UI.
2. Students are allowed to take ONE or TWO courses within a single VSE season. Students that are taking two courses will have to apply in a separate application for each course.
3. The eligibility for the credit transfer process will be decided by the faculty. Students are advised to ensure that the university they take can issue the documents needed for the credit transfer process.
4. APRU Virtual Student Exchange (APRU VSE) is a credit-earning program and cannot replace a mandatory exchange program unless your faculty has confirmed otherwise.
5. Students fill out the application form on the VSE website.
6. Students should send the required documents (attached below) to email: ui-apru@ui.ac.id at the latest 7 days before the application deadline written on the VSE website to get an endorsement from the home university (IO UI). If students fail to fulfill and send the required documents, then the application will be considered not to meet the criteria for endorsement and will not be endorsed by the home university.
