Erasmus+ Altınbaş University, Turkiye Student Exchange Program

This program allows students to participate in a student exchange program at Altınbaş University with support from Erasmus+. Erasmus+ Grant covers monthly allowance per month during the program and returns airfare tickets. The applications will be taken only for the Spring semester in the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

ELIGIBILITY

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

1. UI Student with active status
2. Students should be at the minimum, in their 3rd semester at UI, at the time of application.
3. Have not registered 144 credits at UI (Including credits on the last semester at UI before departing for exchange) by the time of application.
4. Mandatory to transfer credits exchange period to UI.
5. Willing to obtain minimum credit requirement based on declaration before the start of your exchange period
6. Will not graduate from UI, until the exchange period is completed.
7. GPA minimum 3.2
8. English Proficiency Standard:
   – TOEFL PBT min. 550
   – TOEFL ITP min. 550
   – TOEFL iBT min. 80
   – IELTS min. 6.5
9. Mandatory to purchase International Insurance that covers Covid-19 Treatment
10. Mandatory to have a passport before applying.
11. Students who have previously participated/enrolled in any international program from International Office UI or any other opportunities including IISMA are NOT eligible.
12. Not currently applying for another exchange or study abroad with a fee-paying program, e.g.: IISMA.

FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

1. UI Student with active status

3. Have not registered 40 credits at UI (Including credits on the last semester at UI before departing for exchange) by the time of application.
4. Mandatory to transfer credits exchange period to UI.
5. Willing to obtain minimum credit requirement based on declaration before the start of your exchange period
6. Will not graduate from UI, until the exchange period is completed.
7. GPA minimum 3.2 (all major)
8. English Proficiency Standard:
   – TOEFL PBT min. 550
   – TOEFL ITP min. 550
   – TOEFL iBT min. 80
   – IELTS min. 6.5
9. Mandatory to purchase International Insurance that covers Covid-19 Treatment
10. Mandatory to have a passport before applying.

1. A faculty recommendation letter signed by the Dean or Vice Dean with particular information needs to be included. Please read “NOTES” for detailed information about it.
2. Legalized Final transcripts (GPA min. 3.2)
3. IRS for last semester at UI before departing exchange
4. English Proficiency Certificate
5. CV
6. Motivation Letter
7. Statement Letter of willingness not to leave the country if the faculty does not give permission
8. Written approval letter of departure from parents

Erasmus+ Grant

Monthly grants and travel grants are available for the selected students. Participants will receive both monthly grants and travel grants.

Monthly Grant: 800 €

Travel Grant: 1500 € (Jakarta to Istanbul Return)

All documents have to be merged in 1 (ONE) pdf format file in the order listed above. Send the documents to outbound@ui.ac.id at the latest on 14 November 2024 at 16:00 WIB.

IMPORTANT NOTES

*Please Indicate:

1. The Outbound Exchange Scheme that your faculty support and acknowledge. (only online or only offline or both online and offline schemes are supported and acknowledged).
2. The student will not graduate from UI until exchange program is completed.
3. Academics credits earned from exchange programs abroad can be converted transfered to UI.

*Recommendation letter can be provided by your Faculty.
