The International Scholar Exchange Fellowship (ISEF) Program from the Chey Institute for Advanced Studies is for the UI community, especially researchers who already have a Doctoral degree who want to conduct research in South Korea. Scholarships provided include monthly allowances, settlement support, final research grants, airplane tickets (round trip), and accident insurance during the study with a duration of 6-12 months.
Requirements for applying for this scholarship are to have research related to the research area that we attach to this official memorandum, have a Doctoral degree, a maximum age of 50 years, fill out an online application, attach a research proposal, 2 (two) letters of recommendation, certificate of employment, research sample: 2 books and 2 research papers or 1 book and 1 research paper, Abstract in English no more than 300 words for each book or paper. This scholarship is not intended for applicants who are conducting research in Korea and wish to teach in Korea.
