NUS Enterprise Summer Programme in Entrepreneurship 2021
Program dates: 5 July to 16 July 2021
The 2-week program will be conducted fully online.
Learn about entrepreneurship in the bustling city of Singapore: a little red dot that has “started up” and “scaled up” to achieve global impact today.
Singapore has birthed a wide array of home-grown enterprises that leave footprints in the region and beyond. Its success stories include enterprises like Carousell, Shopback, Rotimatic, Patsnap, and many more.
This program is a melting pot of nationalities, languages, and cultures as it brings together high-caliber students from all over the globe to learn and grow together, in an intensive two-week introduction to the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem of Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Through an enriching combination of lectures, conversations with startups, ideation and pitching sessions, as well as visits to various organizations, our program aim to provide you with a comprehensive educational experience, at the same time to forge social and academic bonds between local and international students, and our esteemed speakers and ecosystem builders.
Application Info and Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria
The NUS Enterprise Summer program in Entrepreneurship is opened to all students from all institutions and universities, and the program is taught entirely in English.
In order to take part in the Summer Program, you must:
- be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- be proficient in the English language

Based on our requirements, please refer below as a guideline for a student to cope with studying at NUS Enterprise:

Program
Program Fee: SGD 4,650. (NUS offers scholarship to a few students, priority will be given to students in their third and final year)
Students will only be considered successfully enrolled as an NUS Enterprise Summer Student after payment has been made. Failure to make payment before the given deadline without any valid reason will be deemed as withdrawal from the program.
All students who attain 100% attendance and fulfill all assessment requirements for the program will be awarded 4 modular credits (MC) and a Certificate of Participation from NUS Enterprise at the end of the program.
Withdrawal from program
Students who wish to withdraw from the program shall inform NUS Enterprise by writing in at necbox13@nus.edu.sg and their home university/agency (if applicable).
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal from the NUS Enterprise Summer program only applies to students who have accepted enrolment into the program. Actions prior to that, such as rejecting the enrolment offer or canceling the application, are NOT considered a withdrawal and will NOT incur any penalties.
Any students who wish to withdraw from the program shall inform NUS Enterprise by in writing at necbox13@nus.edu.sg. Students nominated on the exchange by their home university or agency will also need to inform their home university or agency coordinator of their withdrawal.

Before arrival at NUS | The student has to inform NUS Enterprise and home university/agency (if applicable) in writing 4 weeks prior to arrival about withdrawal from the program.
Any paid Programme Fees shall NOT be refunded. |
After arrival at NUS | The student has to inform NUS Enterprise and home university/agency (if applicable) at any point in time about his/her withdrawal intentions.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Recommendations from faculty signed by Dean or Vice Dean (only for this program, the recommendation letter can be sent after applying)
- Legalized Final transcripts (GPA min. 3.2)
- English Proficiency Certificate
- TOEFL iBT at least 100
- IELTS at least 6.5
