- Academic Records/Grading System
The AIMS Program is using UCTS system. One credit is 40 teaching and learning hours over approximately 16 weeks. You will be asked to enroll for at least 18 credits during your participation in the AIMS Program, undertaking up to 45 hours per week of lectures, activities or study. The full recognition through the credit transfer system/scheme will be given to you for completed activities specified in the course syllabus.
- Subjects Availability
Agreements will be made on what subjects you will undertake at the host university, ensuring that these subjects essentially match subjects at the home university.
- Letter of Acceptance
The host university will give you a Letter of Acceptance to help with obtaining a visa.
- Medical Check-up
You are required to get a medical check-up prior to your joining the program. The result will be submitted to the host university.
- Health Insurance
All students must have an appropriate health insurance before you leave for your host university. The international office at the home university shall help you obtain the insurance, which is part of the program award.
Please be advised that a tourist visa is not recommended for this program. The International Office at your home university is to help you in obtaining the appropriate visa to enter the country where your host university is located. However, you are expected to cover the visa fees determined by the respective embassy.
