Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility for Teaching and Non-teaching Staff, Spain

Call for applications for staff mobility between A4u universities and Non-European partner universities during 2025-2026 academic year.

The Alliance of 4 Universities (A4U) in Spain offers mobility grants for teaching and administrative staff. This program provides an opportunity to teach, train, and collaborate at one of the A4U universities while fostering professional development and international academic exchange.

Eligiblity

  • Teaching or administrative staff member at Universitas Indonesia.
  • Apply for a teaching, training, or combined teaching & training mobility.
  • Mobility proposal aligned with the academic or professional offerings at the host university.
  • Language proficiency: Minimum B2 level in the language of instruction at the host university

Document Requirements:

  • CV
  • Mobility agreement (following the provided format)Signed by the applicant, and the responsible academic (head of host Faculty or Department, or the host academic) at home and host institutions. Scanned signatures are accepted.

  • Universidad Autónoma de Madrid
  • Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
  • Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona
