International Students Orientation is held to assist you in preparing your academic career at the university.  The orientation program will also provide you with useful information and programs on how to adjust yourself to Indonesian culture, be informed about the immigration services, and recreational activities.

Specifically, the orientation program will help you in:

• Finding the way around campus location
• Learning about the administration and academic procedures
• Learning about the administration procedures at the library
• Learning about how the Indonesian Immigration works
• Getting to know extra lifestyle, including recreational activities in Jakarta

Student Buddy Club

The orientation will be helped by student buddy club which can assist both inbound and outbound exchange UI students to adapt in the host university as the form of our concern towards our international or Indonesian students. Student Buddy Club is a club supervised by International Office UI comprising active UI students both local and international students. We invite UI students to join Student Buddy Club to minimize cultural barriers such as foods in host country, learning-teaching process and mostly it is the language. In the Student Buddy Club, the students can meet many people and strengthen friendship. They can also learn about organization and how to manage people to organize events.
