Chonnam National University

Program Period: June 30 - July 25, 2025 (4 weeks)

The CNU International Summer Session offers participants an opportunity to experience an intellectual adventure with renowned CNU and international scholars. Participants can earn up to 6 credits over a 4-week period while immersing themselves in unique cultural excursions, creating lasting memories.

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Must be an active student at Universitas Indonesia (UI).
Must be at least in the 3rd semester for undergraduate (S1) students at UI at the time of application.
Must not have completed all required credits according to the curriculum of their study program at the time of participation.
No GPA Requirements
Mandatory to transfer exchange period credits to UI.
Will not graduate from UI until the exchange period is completed
Language Proficiency Standard:TOEFL / IELTS

Mandatory to purchase International Health Insurance that meets the coverage requirements set by the destination country’s visa and the partner university’s regulations.
Must have a valid passport at the time of application.
Students who have previously participated in or are registered in student exchange and fee-paying study abroad program are not eligible.
Must not be currently applying or accepting for any exchange or fee-paying study abroad program at the time of application.
Must comply to rules and regulations at the faculty (if any)

Document Requirements

Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Dean or Vice Dean), which must include the following information:

The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound exchange scheme.
The student will not graduate from UI until exchange or fee-paying study abroad program is completed.
Academic credits earned from exchange or fee-paying study abroad program can be transferred to UI.
