KNB Scholarship 2025

Incoming Scholarship

Kemitraan Negara Berkembang Scholarship, popularly known as KNB Scholarship, is a financial assistance offered by the Indonesian Government to prospective international students coming from developing countries to pursue their degree (Bachelor, Master or Doctorate Degree) at one of the universities in Indonesia. Since 2017, UI has welcomed KNB Scholarship recipients to pursue Master’s and Doctoral degrees, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and globally engaged academic community.

Requirements

KNB Scholarship 2025

Maximum age:Master Degree: 35 years old | Doctoral Degree: 40 years old
Certificate of graduation and academic transcript from previous university
Passport with validity of minimum 2 years ahead
Recent recommendation letter from Indonesian Embassy
Recent recommendation letter from previous school/university
Recent recommendation letter from immediate supervisor(if working)

Recommendation letter from research supervisor candidate from the desired university(for Doctoral degree)
Statement of purpose(for Doctoral degree)
English proficiency certificate with minimum score:

* Master Degree: TOEFL ITP 500, TOEFL IBT 61, IELTS 6
* Doctoral Degree: TOEFL ITP 530, TOEFL IBT 71, IELTS 6
