UI-GLOBES Outbound offers financial support for UI Student participating in International outbound student mobility program. This support aims to enhance students’ global exposure and academic growth.
Letter of Acceptance (LoA) or at least a Nomination Letter (NoA) from the host university.
Recommendation letter from the faculty (signed by the Dean or Vice Dean).

Students must complete the outbound mobility application process and be accepted by the host university with a Notification of Acceptance (NoA) or Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

The International Scholarship Team, DIP UI, will conduct the document review and selection process.
Awardees will receive an Award Letter and UI–GLOBES OUTBOUND (EQUITY) Agreement via email (ui-intlscholarship@ui.ac.id).
Selected awardees must confirm their participation by returning the signed original Agreement and required supporting documents for fund disbursement within the specified deadline to the DIP office.
The UI–GLOBES OUTBOUND (EQUITY) fund will be transferred to the awardee’s Indonesian bank account after the student has arrived at the host university abroad.
Recipients of the UI GLOBES-Outbound financial assistance are required to submit an activity report, a financial report, and a vlog of 5–10 minutes in duration that illustrates their study experience abroad, no later than May 2026. The report must be accompanied by supporting documents**.
