UI-GLOBES INBOUND

UI-GLOBES Inbound offers financial support for international students from UI International Partners joining the Student Exchange or Fee-Paying Study Abroad Program at Universitas Indonesia. This support aims to empower students to achieve their academic and professional goals.

Eligibility

UI-GLOBES Inbound is offered to international students participating in the Student Exchange and Fee-Paying Study Abroad Program at Universitas Indonesia.
Applicants must be registered as full degree students at their home university.
Applicants must be non-Indonesian citizens.
Applicants must meet the UI Inbound Student Eligibility criteria, including a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 scale, and submit all required supporting documents.
Applicants will be prioritized if they do not obtain any scholarships or financial support from their home university, government, or other institutions.

Applicants must be applying as non-degree students to study at Universitas Indonesia for a minimum period of one semester and provide a Notification of Acceptance (NoA) once accepted.
The financial support will be disbursed after the inbound students arrive at Universitas Indonesia and complete all required documents to be processed internally by UI.
Awardees who withdraw or fail to complete the program must repay the full amount of the UI-GLOBES Inbound financial support to Universitas Indonesia.
Awardees are required to submit an activity report within the specified period.

Benefit

Financial support of up to IDR 15,000,000 for accommodation, with a maximum of IDR 3,000,000 per month for five (5) months, subject to monthly tax deductions.

Application Flow

Applicants must submit the required documents: Confirmation of Scholarship/Self-Funding Status Form; and Motivation Form using the provided template, through the UI Global Mobility Information System.

The UI International Office will conduct the selection process.

Selected recipients will receive an award letter.

Selected recipients must confirm their participation in the Student Exchange or Fee-Paying Study Abroad Program through the UI Global Mobility Information System (GMIS).

Selected recipients must submit the hardcopy of the signed UI-GLOBES Inbound Agreement to Universitas Indonesia.

The UI-GLOBES Inbound award will be transferred once all required documents have been processed.

Recipients of the UI-GLOBES Inbound are required to submit the following documents upon completion of the program:

a. An activity report and academic transcript.
