UI-GLOBES Inbound

Odd semester – Academic Year 2026/2027

UI-GLOBES Inbound offers financial support for international students joining semester-based mobility program (Student Exchange or Fee-Paying Study Abroad) at Universitas Indonesia. This support aims to empower students to achieve their academic and professional goals.

Eligibility

Please read the eligibility before you send the documents
  • UI-GLOBES Inbound is offered to international students participating in the Student Exchange and Fee-Paying Study Abroad Program at Universitas Indonesia for one - semester.
  • Applicants must be registered as full degree student at overseas.
  • Applicants must meet the Inbound Student Eligibility criteria and submit required documents.
  • Applicants will be prioritized for the students who do not obtain any scholarships from their home university, government, or other institutions.
  • Awardees who withdraw or fail to complete the program must repay the full UI-GLOBES Inbound amount to Universitas Indonesia.
  • Applicants must be accepted as non-degree student to study at Universitas Indonesia for minimum one semester (please provide NoA or Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Application Flow

Applicants are required to complete the UI GLOBES Application Form and submit the required documents through the following link bit.ly/UIGLOBES-INBOUND2026

Applicants must submit a Confirmation of Scholarship/Self-Funding Status and Motivation Letter Form for UI-GLOBES Inbound using the provided template along with their Student Exchange or Fee-Paying Study Abroad Program application documents via email to Inbound Mobility Program Team (ui-intlscholarship@ui.ac.id).

The Directorate for Internationalization of Education Universitas Indonesia will conduct the selection process.

Selected recipients will receive an award letter.

Selected recipients must confirm their participation in the Student Exchange or Fee-Paying Study Abroad Program.

Selected recipients must return the signed UI-GLOBES Inbound Agreement to Universitas Indonesia.

The UI-GLOBES Inbound award will be transferred once the students have arrived at Universitas Indonesia.

Recipients of the UI-GLOBES Inbound are required to submit the following documents upon completion of the program:

  1. A 1–2-minute vlog video and testimony before completing the program.
  2. An activity report and academic transcript.

Benefit

  • Block grant up to IDR 20,000,000 per program
