Call for application for short-course program at Prince of Songkla University, Thailand!
Open for Undergraduate (Diploma – D3), (Applied Bachelor – D4), (Bachelor – S1) and Graduate students.

Eligiblity

For Vocational Program (D3, D4), Undergraduate and Graduate Students
  • An active UI Student
  • Min. 3rd semester for Vocational (D3, D4) and Bachelor at the time of application
  • Min. 2nd semester for Master at the time of application
  • Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
  • Have a strong academic performance
  • Have a strong competence in English proficiency
  • Must have a valid passport at the time of application
  • Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
  • Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs/ Education Manager/ Head of International Office at Faculty)
  1. The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
  2. The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
  • Academic record signed by Vice Dean
  • CV & Motivation Letter
  • A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL iBT or ITP / IELTS / Duolingo / Letter of Certification of English Proficiency from a reputable institution or lecturer
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)

Notes:

  1. Program Fee:
    – Early Bird Rates (payment to be done before 10 April 2026):
    – For 1 participant: discounted rate = US$ 900 per person
    – For 2 participants: discounted rate = US$ 850 per person
    – For 3 and more participants: discounted rate = US$ 800 per person
  2. The program fee includes accommodation, local transportation for field trips and excursions as outlined in the program, admission tickets to museums and parks, as well as selected meals.
  3. Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses from home city to Hat Yai, international health & accident insurance, visa (if needed), some meals, and other personal expenses.
