KIST School Student Internship Program

Fall Semester (1 September 2025 – 28 February 2026)

Call for application for KIST School Student Internship Program, South Korea! Open to undergraduate and graduate students who have never participated in an international mobility program

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS
  • An active UI Student
  • Min. 3rd semester (bachelor's) / 2nd semester (master's) at the time of application
  • Must not graduate from UI until the program is completed
  • Have a strong academic performance
  • Have a strong competence in English proficiency
  • Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
  • Must have a valid passport at the time of application.
  • Students who are currently enrolled in on international mobility program are not eligible
  • Must not be currently applying for or accepting any international mobility program at the time of application.
  • Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Dean or Vice Dean), must state:
  1. The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
  2. The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
  • Academic record signed by Vice Dean
  • CV & Motivation letter
  • A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL IBT or ITP / IELTS / Duolingo
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)

Student Benefits Covered by the Organizers

  • Financial support: monthly stipend of 1,200,000 KRW for undergraduate students and 1,400,000 KRW for master’s students (before tax deduction)
