The Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (FHUI) organizes a bachelor’s degree (S1; Sarjana) education program that aims to produce reliable law graduates, namely those who (i) have a good command of Indonesian law and the legal system; (ii) have basic skills and scientific knowledge to develop law and legal science; (iii) are sensitive to issues of justice and society; (iv) are able to recognize and analyze legal problems; and, (v) are able to apply laws and regulations to solve legal problems.
FHUI’s Undergraduate Program only offers one study program, namely the Legal Studies Program. In this study program, students can direct their interests by concentrating on certain legal fields through courses according to the interests offered by the Faculty.
The courses are developed and delivered by teaching staff who are members of several fields of legal studies, including Civil Law, Economic and Technological Law, Islamic and Customary Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, State Administrative Law, International Law, and Community and Development Law.
