The Bachelor’s Program in Medical Science (Medical Education) at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia (FKUI) is a prestigious and rigorous undergraduate program designed to equip students with a strong foundation in biomedical sciences and clinical knowledge. As one of the oldest and most reputable medical faculties in Indonesia, FKUI offers a curriculum that integrates cutting-edge scientific research, evidence-based medical education, and a deep commitment to public health and ethical practice.

The program is structured to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of human biology, disease mechanisms, pharmacology, and health systems. In the early years, students engage in intensive coursework in basic medical sciences such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and microbiology.

Graduates of the program earn the Bachelor of Medicine (Sarjana Kedokteran) Degree, which serves as the academic foundation for continuing into the professional medical education (co-assistant/internship) phase required to become a licensed physician in Indonesia.
