NUS-AUN Summer Camp 2025

The AUN Secretariat is excited to announce that nominations for the NUS-AUN Summer Camp 2025 are now open! This year, the program features the Asian Undergraduate Symposium (AUS) by NUS, which is uniquely paired with the first-ever Regen Asia Summit (RAS). This exciting combination offers students from AUN universities the opportunity to participate in not just one, but two enriching summer programs.

Meals and accommodations are fully covered during the programme.

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
  • Must be an active student at Universitas Indonesia (UI).
  • Must be at least in the 3rd semester for undergraduate (S1) students at UI at the time of application.
  • Must not have completed all required credits according to the curriculum of their study program at the time of participation.
  • No GPA Requirements
  • Mandatory to transfer exchange period credits to UI.
  • Will not graduate from UI until the exchange period is completed
  • Language Proficiency Standard:TOEFL ITP / TOEFL iBT / IELTS
  • Mandatory to purchase International Health Insurance that meets the coverage requirements set by the destination country’s visa and the partner university’s regulations.
  • Must have a valid passport at the time of application.
  • Students who have previously participated in or are registered in student exchange program are not eligible.
  • Must not be currently applying or accepting for any exchange or fee-paying study abroad program at the time of application.
  • Must comply to rules and regulations at the faculty (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Dean or Vice Dean), which must include the following information:
  1. The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound exchange scheme.
  2. The student will not graduate from UI until exchange or fee-paying study abroad program is completed.
  3. Academic credits earned from exchange or fee-paying study abroad program can be transferred to UI.
  • Academic record signed by Vice Dean
  • English proficiency certificateTOEFL ITP / TOEFL iBT / IELTS
  • CV & Motivation letter
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)
  • Learning agreement (following the provided format)
  • Consent letter (following the provided format)

How to Apply!

All documents have to be merged in 1 (ONE) pdf format file in the order listed above. Send the documents to outbound@ui.ac.id at the latest on 7 March 2025.
