Call for application for Online Course on Sustainable Universities: Global Practices & Sustainable Development Goals University of Sao Paulo, Brazil! Open to undergraduate and graduate students who have never participated in an international mobility program

Program Period: 11th September 2025 – 18th December 2025
Synchronous Sessions: 11th September, 9th October, 13th November, 11th December,
(all of them start at 09.00 a.m., and end at 11.00 a.m. Brasilia Time, UTC-3).

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS
  • An active UI Student
  • Min. 3rd semester (bachelor's) / 2nd semester (master's) at the time of application
  • Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
  • Have a strong academic performance
  • Have a strong competence in English proficiency
  • Students who have participated or are currently enrolled in an international mobility program are not eligible
  • Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application.
  • Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Recommendation Letter signed by the Dean or Vice-Dean (documents can be sent later)
  • Official academic transcript in English
  • Scan of ID Card (KTP/ITAS for Foreign Students)
  • Scan of Passport (Identity Page)
  • Scan of Student ID Card (KTM)
  • A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL IBT or ITP / IELTS
  • Statement letter (following the provided format)Please submit the statement letter in the Additional Documents section of the application form

Notes:

After completing the course, all students will receive a Certificate.
