The Master’s Programs at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Indonesia (FFUI) offer advanced education in pharmaceutical sciences and herbal medicine, preparing graduates to address complex challenges in healthcare, research, and industry.
Pharmaceutical science and technology are developing rapidly, both oriented towards services to society, industry, and in the discovery of new drugs containing synthetic efficacious substances and those derived from natural ingredients. The pharmaceutical industry is required not only to carry out drug formulation manufacturing activities, but also to discover new active molecules that are very useful for health and have high economic value.
Likewise, in the field of pharmaceutical services, pharmaceutical health workers are required to be able to collaborate with other health workers, and maximize their role in detecting, preventing, and resolving drug-related problems so that rational treatment can be achieved. It is hoped that the presence of the Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences will enable it to respond to the rapid developments and demands in the pharmaceutical field.
