Open to prospective international applicants who wish to pursue graduate studies and be considered for the PSU Graduate Studies Scholarship for semester one of the Academic Year 2026.

Eligiblity

Applicants must be new international candidates applying for Admission together with the scholarship appucation at:

- Master’s Degree Level (Plan A1/Plan A2), or
- Doctoral Degree Level

Applicants must have english-language proficiency scores
Applicants must meet all other qualifications as specified in the scholarship guidelines.

Document Requirements

Academic transcript
English proficiency test results
A brief research proposal (not exceeding IO pages of A4)
Research works and publications (if any)

Applicants are strongly advised to carefully review conditions before applications.
In the “Source of Funding” field, applicants are required to specify “PSU Graduate Studies Scholarship 2026”. Applications that do not indicate the scholarship name shall not be forwarded for scholarship consideration. Once the application is confirmed, no further edits or modifications will be permitted.
