Program details

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
  • An active UI Student
  • Min. 3rd semester for Bachelor at the time of application
  • Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
  • Have a strong academic performance
  • Have a strong competence in English proficiency
  • Must have a valid passport at the time of application
  • Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
  • Students who have participated in or are currently enrolled in any international mobility program are not eligible, except for participation in fully self-funded programs
  • Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application
  • Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs/ Education Manager/ Head of International Office at Faculty)
  1. The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
  2. The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
  • Academic record signed by Vice Dean
  • CV & Motivation Letter
  • A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL IBT or ITP/IELTS/Duolingo/Surat Pernyataan Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris dari Instansi terpercaya atau Dosen
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)

About the Programs:

  • Dates: July 1–28 (4 weeks)
  • Credits: 3 credits (Korean Studies)
  • Highlights: Immersive Korean classes (placement based on level test)
  • K-culture experiences
  • Field trips in Busan and beyond!

Fees & Discounts (KRW)

  • Regular fee: 3,010,700 KRW
  • Early-bird (10%): 2,709,630 KRW
  • Partner/APRU discount (15%): 2,559,095 KRW
  • Group discount (20%): 2,408,560 KRW
    (for more than 6 students, based on final paid registrations)
