Call for application for short-course program at EVONIK-INSPIRASI Young Women In Science
“A Grow Beyond Yourself Initiative”!
Open for undergraduate students who have never participated in an international mobility program.

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS
  • Female students in STEM fields at the undergraduate (Bachelor-final year) and graduate (Master) levels
  • Min. 3rd semester for Bachelor at the time of application
  • Min. 2nd semester for Master at the time of application
  • Interest in pursuing postgraduate studies (S2/S3)
  • Have not participated in any previous INSPIRASI activities or events
  • Preferably from underprivileged households and have not visited Singapore
  • Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Have a strong competence in English proficiency
  • Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
  • Students who have participated or are currently enrolled in a student exchange or fee-paying study abroad program are not eligible
  • Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application.
  • Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs/ Education Manager/ Head of International Office at Faculty)
  1. The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
  2. The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
  • Academic record signed by Vice DeanGPA min. 3.2
  • CV & Motivation Letter
  • A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL IBT or ITP / IELTS
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)

Programme Highlights

  1. On-site visits to Evonik and NTU—science and engineering in action.
  2. Close dialogues with female STEM leaders + women-in-STEM empowerment seminar.
  3. Flight & Accomodation expenses covered fully.
