About FRT University

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS

An active UI Student
Min. 3rd semester for Bachelor at the time of application
Min. 2nd semester for Master at the time of application
Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
Have a strong academic performance
Have a strong competence in English proficiency

Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
Students who have participated or are currently enrolled in a student exchange or fee-paying study abroad program are not eligible
Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application.
Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs/ Education Manager/ Head of International Office at Faculty)

The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.

CV & Motivation Letter

A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL ITP / TOEFL iBT / IELTS

Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)

Program Highlights:

Program fee :

Funded Seats: 20 full program fee-funded seats available to all applicants, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and evaluated through motivation letters.
Self-Funded Seats: 30 seats available at 150 USD per student.
