Call for application for short-course program at 2026 International Summer School!
Open for undergraduate and graduate students who have never participated in an international mobility program.
Students who participate in this program will receive a tuition fee waiver.

About the Program

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS

An active UI Student
Min. 3rd semester (bachelor's) / 2nd semester (master's) at the time of application
Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
Have a strong academic performance
Have a strong competence in English proficiency
Must have a valid passport at the time of application

Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
Students who have participated or are currently enrolled in a student exchange or fee-paying study abroad program are not eligible
Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application
Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs/ Education Manager/ Head of International Office at Faculty)

The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.

CV & Motivation Letter
A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.0, DET 110
Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)
