Call for application for “Smart Engery Powering the Future” TJU Summer School, PRC! Open for undergraduate students who have never participated on exchange or fee-paying study abroad program.

List of Departments for UI Student Faculty of Engineering

Eligiblity

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
  • An active UI Student
  • Min. 3rd semester (bachelor's) at the time of application
  • Must not graduate from UI until the program is completed
  • Have a strong academic performance
  • Have a strong competence in English proficiency
  • Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
  • Must have a valid passport at the time of application.
  • Students who are currently enrolled in on international mobility program are not eligible
  • Must not be currently applying for or accepting any international mobility program at the time of application.
  • Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Dean or Vice Dean), must state:
  1. The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
  2. The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
  • Academic record signed by Vice Dean
  • CV & Motivation letter
  • A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL IBT or ITP / IELTS / Duolingo
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)

About the Programs

  • The cost of accomodation, meals, transportation, courses, practical training, visits, etc will be covered by the organizers
  • Internation travel expenses and insurance will be paid by applicants
