What is UI-GLOBE FAIR 2025?

UI-GLOBE Fair 2025

Universitas Indonesia is delighted to announce the UI-Globe Fair 2025 “Global Mobility Fair for UI Students”, a platform for our international partners to promoting global educational opportunities and showcase their academics strength. We warmly invite colleagues from partner and non-partner Universities abroad to participate and engage directly with UI students on 8–9 December 2025 at the Central Library, Universitas Indonesia.

The UI-GLOBE Fair 2025 is designed to connect universities with students eager to explore international study opportunities. This event aims to create a collaborative environment where students can discover new academic horizons, share insights, and establish meaningful connections with representatives from universities around the world.

Participation and Registration

  • Maximum 2 delegates per university
  • Participation Fee:
  • Partner universities: No participation fee.
  • Non-partner universities: USD 150 (please ensure that the full amount is transferred, with no deduction for administrative or bank fees).

      Proof of transfer must be sent to outbound@ui.ac.id no later than 31 October 2025.
  • Participation fee will include: booth, meals during program, souvenir kit, limited slots for info sessions and guest lectures, and transportation between the selected hotel and UI during program
  • Participants are expected to cover their own airfare, visa, health insurance, accommodation, and personal expenses.

Immigration Information

Based on Official Statement from The Directorate General of Immigration Number IMI-0700.GR.01.01 on 14 September 2022 in order to support sustainable tourism after the improvement in the Covid-19 pandemic situation, it is stated that Foreign Citizens (WNA) can apply Visa on Arrival (VoA) when arrive at Indonesia. It can use VoA for several activities such as business trip (Workshop)

  1. A valid passport for at least six months.
  2. Return ticket or return ticket to continue traveling to another country, except for the crew of the conveyance who will stop by to join the ship and continue traveling to another country.

  2. Return ticket or onward ticket to continue traveling to another country.
