UI-GLOBES Outbound (Equity) | Batch 2

Even Semester - Academic Year 2025/2026

UI-GLOBES OUTBOUND (EQUITY) offers financial support for Universitas Indonesia students participating in Student Exchange or Fee-Paying Study Abroad Programs abroad. This program aims to provide financial support to enhance students’ global exposure and academic development.

Eligibility

Please read the eligibility before you send the documents
  • UI–GLOBES Outbound (Equity) is offered to Universitas Indonesia students participating in Student Exchange or Fee-Paying Study Abroad Programs abroad.
  • Applicants must be Indonesian citizen, registered as active full-degree students at Universitas Indonesia, meet the Outbound Student Eligibility criteria, and submit all required documents.
  • Applicants must not receive any other scholarships from Universitas Indonesia, government, or other institutions for the same program.
  • Awardees who withdraw or fail to complete the program are required to repay the full UI–GLOBES OUTBOUND (EQUITY) amount to Universitas Indonesia.
  • Applicants must be accepted as non-degree students at the host university for a minimum of one semester.

Letter of Acceptance (LoA) or at least a Nomination Letter (NoA) from the host university

Recommendation letter from the faculty (signed by the Dean or Vice Dean)

Application Flow

Students must complete the outbound mobility application process and be accepted by the host university with a Notification of Acceptance (NoA) or Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Applicants must register through bit.ly/UIGLOBES-OUT2

The International Scholarship Team, DIP UI, will conduct the document review and selection process.

Awardees will receive an Award Letter and UI–GLOBES OUTBOUND (EQUITY) Agreement via email (ui-intlscholarship@ui.ac.id).

Selected awardees must confirm their participation by returning the signed original Agreement and required supporting documents for fund disbursement within the specified deadline to the DIP office.

The UI–GLOBES OUTBOUND (EQUITY) fund will be transferred to the awardee’s Indonesian bank account after the student has arrived at the host university abroad.

Awardees are required to submit a 5–10 minutes activity vlog and activity report about their study experience abroad within two weeks after completing the program.

Benefit

The financial support covers the following:

  • Visa (at cost) max. IDR 2,500,000, including administrative fees.
  • Economy-class departure flight ticket (at cost) max. IDR 7,500,000.
  • Living allowance of IDR 15,000,000.
