1. Non-Academic International Services Officer (Front Officer)
Non-Academic International Services Officer a role in providing information services for students, lecturers, staff, and foreign guests who are active at UI. International non-academic services include providing information on visas, residence permits, health insurance, and accommodation, as well as acting as a liaison between foreign students/lecturers at UI and DIP.
Soft Skill: – Good communication skills – Responsive and empathetic in handling the needs of foreign students/lecturers – Multitasking, persistent, independent, and able to work under pressure and deadlines
Hard Skill: – Able to speak and write in a foreign language (especially English) – Understand immigration procedures – Able to use various applications in Office 365 and Google Workspace. – Able to manage databases. – Able to compile reports, letters, and official documents
2. International Student Scholarship Officer
International Student Scholarship Officer a role in administering scholarships, including recruitment, registration and monitoring and evaluation; holding information sessions related to scholarship programs; and guiding and assisting foreign students at UI who are scholarship recipients.

3. International Student Welfare Officer
The International Student Welfare Officer a role in
providing student services and cultural adaptation
as well as supporting the implementation of
intercultural programs such as short courses and
cultural trips, and acts as the main facilitator in
ensuring the smooth running of administrative, academic and social affairs for international students.
