Eligibility

For Undergraduate (Bachelor - S1) Students

An active UI Student
Minimum in the 3rd semester for Bachelor (S1) students at the time of application
Must not graduate from UI until the program is completed
Have a strong academic performanceMin. GPA 3.0

Have a strong competence in English proficiency

Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
Must have a valid passport at the time of application
Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs/ Education Manager/ Head of International Office at Faculty)

The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
Earned credits are transferable to UI.

Academic record signed by Vice DeanMin. GPA 3.0

CV & Motivation Letter

A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL iBT 93 or 5/ IELTS 7.0

Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)
Learning agreement (following the provided format)
Consent letter (following the provided format)
