Student Feedback and Concern Submission Form For International Students – Degree and Non-Degree Programs

This form is intended for international students (both Degree and Non-Degree programs) who wish to formally raise a concern, provide feedback, or report an issue related to their academic or student experience, for instance administrative services, student support, housing, conduct, welfare, or other university-related matters. All submissions will be reviewed in accordance with the University’s policies and procedures.

Expected Follow-up

  • Initial review and routing will occur within 3 working days
  • Full resolution timeline depends on the complexity of the case
