Foreigner must depart Indonesia before the expiration of their E-ITAS. If the foreigner does not intend to extend their activity with Universitas Indonesia, they are required to leave the country within one month from the activity duration stated in the Letter of Acceptance/Invitation from UI.
Every foreigner who uses e-ITAS, they SHOULD apply for EPO (EXIT PERMIT ONLY).
2 weeks prior to the departure flight, foreigner must inform the Immigration Directorate for Internationalization of Education UI regarding the flight details.
EVISA website will issue the billing code and foreigner will pay for their EPO fee (IDR 100.000).
When processing the EPO, foreigner should be inside of Indonesia and not travel out of the country until the EPO process is granted by the EVISA website.
After the EPO is issued by the EVISA website, foreigner should leave Indonesia based on the flight ticket that they have submitted when applying for EPO.
Directorate for Internationalization of Education UI will submit the student’s EPO application 7 days before the departure to the EVISA website.
