You must report to the Directorate for Internationalization of Education maximum 1 day after your arrival and bring 1 pc of stamp duty and a 3×4 sized photo

Process the residency/domicile letter and Police Report, after getting the document please scan and send to our email at immigration-io@ui.ac.id
Brief Steps After Arrivals
*For the Researcher Visa, you will also need to obtain a travel permit from the police. The application letter will be provided by your corresponding faculty.

You must report to the Directorate for Internationalization regarding the changes through email: immigration-io@ui.ac.id
Directorate for Internationalization will process the data change application documents
The application documents submitted to the E-Visa web
After verification by the system, your new stay permit will be issued
