Call for application for short-course program at University of Osaka International Certificate Program S (OUICP-S), Japan!
Open for Undergraduate (Bachelor – S1) students who have not participated any funded international mobility program.

Program Details

Eligibility

For Undergraduate (Bachelor – S1) Students

An active UI student
Minimum in the 3rd semester for Bachelor (S3) students at the time of application
Must not graduate from UI until the program is completed
Have strong academic performance, with no D or E grades on the transcript
Have a strong competence in English proficiencyMinimum score of TOEFLT iBT 4.0 or 80/ IELTS 6.0

Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirement
Must have a valid passport at the time of application
Students who have previously participated in or are currently enrolled in any funded international mobility program are not eligible
Must not be currently applying for or accepting any international mobility program at the time of application
Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Head of Departement/Study Program)

The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.

Academic record signed by Vice Dean

Motivation letter
CV (following the provided format)
A Valid English Proficiency CertificateMinimum score of TOEFLT iBT 4.0 or 80/ IELTS 6.0
Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)
