Eligibility

For Vocational Program (D4), Undergraduate and Graduate Students

An active UI Student
Minimum 3rd semester for Vocational (D4) and Bachelor at the time of application
Minimum 2nd semester for Master at the time of application
Have not completed all required credits of their study
Must transfer credits to UI after completing exchange program
Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
Have a strong academic performance

Have a strong competence in English proficiencyMinimum of score TOEFL iBT 72/ IELTS 5.5

Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
Must have a valid passport at the time of application
Students who have participated or are currently enrolled in a student exchange program are not eligible
Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application
Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Head of Departement/Study Program)

The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
Earned credits are transferable to UI.

CV & Motivation Letter

A Valid English Proficiency CertificateMinimum of score TOEFL iBT 72/ IELTS 5.5
