Call for application for student exchange program at Duksung Women University, South Korea!
Open for Undergraduate (Bachelor – S1) students who have never participated on exchange program.

Eligibility

For Undergraduate (Bachelor – S1) students
  • An active UI student
  • Minimum in the 3rd semester for Bachelor (S1) students at the time of application
  • Have not completed all required credits of their study
  • Must transfer credits to UI after completing exchange program
  • Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
  • Have a strong academic performance
  • Have a strong competence in English proficiency
  • Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
  • Must have a valid passport at the time of application
  • Students who have participated or are currently enrolled in a student exchange program are not eligible
  • Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application
  • Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Head of Departement/Study Program)
  1. The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
  2. The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
  3. Earned credits are transferable to UI.
  • Academic record signed by Vice Dean
  • Motivation Letter
  • A Valid English Proficiency CertificateTOEFL ITP / TOEFL iBT / IELTS
  • CV (following the provided format)
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)
  • Learning agreement (following the provided format)
  • Consent letter (following the provided format)

About the Program:

  • The maximum credit limit: 19 for bachelor’s students and 9 for master’s students.
  • Courses taught in English are offered in some general education and
  • Major subjects; however, the number of such courses is limited, and
  • Many courses are taught in Korean.
  • Enrollment in some courses may be restricted depending on the student’s major or year of study.
  • Some courses may be available only to regular Korean degree-seeking
    students.
