Universitas Indonesia (UI) hosted a high-level meeting with delegates from Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech), South Korea, to strengthen bilateral cooperation in education and research.
The meeting took place at UI’s Meeting Room A and was attended by top officials from both institutions. The delegation consisted of:

Key outcomes of the meeting included the reactivation of the existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), scholarship opportunities through the Seoul Tech Alliance, and the exploration of collaborative projects in the fields of engineering, economics, and communications. The Faculty of Engineering at UI identified robotics, electric vehicles, and biomedical research (under chemical engineering) as priority areas for collaboration. SeoulTech was invited to participate in a Research Seminar in Yogyakarta in October 2025, highlighting cultural and technological themes. The School of Environmental Sciences at UI also proposed joint research in climate change, environmental challenges, and carbon trading, with interest in launching faculty and student exchange programs.
This meeting marks a renewed commitment between UI and SeoulTech to foster innovation, knowledge exchange, and global academic excellence.
