Call for application for exchange program at Kyushu University, Japan!
Open for Undergraduate (Applied Bachelor – D4), (Bachelor – S1) and Graduate students who have never participated on exchange or fee-paying study abroad program.

Eligiblity

For Vocational Program (D4), Undergraduate and Graduate Students

An active UI Student at Faculty of Law
Min. 3rd semester for Vocational (D4) and Bachelor at the time of application
Min. 2nd semester for Master at the time of application
Have not completed all required credits of their study
Must transfer credits to UI after completing exchange program
Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
Have a strong academic performance

Have a strong competence in English and Japanese proficiency
Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
Must have a valid passport at the time of application.
Students who have participated or are currently enrolled in a student exchange or fee-paying study abroad program are not eligible
Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application.
Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs/ Education Manager/ Head of International Office at Faculty)

The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
Earned credits are transferable to UI.

A Valid Language Proficiency Certificate- JPLT N1 (Japanese Program) - TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0

Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)
Learning agreement (following the provided format)

Notes:

Practical courses such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Dental Sciences are not open to exchange students.
