Call for application for student exchange program at Queen’s University, Canada!
Open for Undergraduate (Bachelor – S1) students who have never participated on exchange program.

Eligibility

For Undergraduate (Bachelor - S1) Students
  • An active UI Student
  • Minimum in the 3rd semester for Bachelor (S1) students at the time of application
  • Have not completed all required credits of their study
  • Must transfer credits to UI after completing exchange program
  • Must not graduate from UI until the exchange program is completed
  • Have a strong academic performance
  • Have a strong competence in English proficiencyMinimum score of IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0/ TOEFL iBT
  • Must purchase international health insurance that meets visa and partner university requirements
  • Must have a valid passport at the time of application
  • Students who have participated or are currently enrolled in a student exchange program are not eligible
  • Must not be currently applying for or accepting any exchange at the time of application
  • Must comply with faculty-specific rules and regulations (if any)

Document Requirements

  • Faculty Recommendation Letter (signed by the Head of Departement/Study Program)
  1. The faculty supports and acknowledges the offline outbound international mobility program.
  2. The student will not graduate from UI until the international mobility program is completed.
  3. Earned credits are transferable to UI.
  • Academic record signed by Vice Dean
  • CV & Motivation Letter
  • A Valid English Proficiency CertificateMinimum score of IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0/ TOEFL iBT
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents (following the provided format)
  • Learning agreement (following the provided format)
  • Consent letter (following the provided format)

Notes:

  1. Important Course Availability Updates
    Please note that the following high-demand subjects have limited availability:
    1. Biology
    2. Computing and Information Science
    3. Economics
    4. English and Creative Writing
    5. Life Sciences (Microbiology, Neuroscience, Physiology)
    6. Sociology (all levels)
    7. Psychology
  2. Subjects Generally Not Available to Incoming Exchange Students
    The following subjects are generally not open to incoming exchange students:
    1. History
    2. Kinesiology and Health Studies
    3. Political Studies
    4. Sociology
