University of Southtern Denmark, Denmark Student Exchange & Fee-paying Study Abroad Program | For Fall Semester 2025

University of Southtern Denmark

The maximum duration of the program is 2 Semesters. Starting Fall 2025

University of Southtern Denmark, Denmark offers a Student Exchange & Fee-paying Study Abroad Program for an active student at Universitas Indonesia and has never participated in any program from the Directorate for Internationalization of Education.

Eligiblity

For Undergraduate Program
  • Must be an active student at Universitas Indonesia (UI).
  • Must be at least in the 3rd semester for undergraduate (S1) students at UI at the time of application.
  • Must not have completed all required credits according to the curriculum of their study program at the time of participation.
  • Must transfer credits to UI after completing studies abroad.
  • Must not graduate from UI until the exchange period is completed.
  • Language Proficiency Standard:TOEFL / IELTS
  • Mandatory to purchase International Health Insurance that meets the coverage requirements set by the destination country’s visa and the partner university’s regulations.
  • Must have a valid passport at the time of application.
  • Students who have previously participated in or are registered in student exchange program are not eligible.
  • Must not be currently applying or accepting for any exchange or fee-paying study abroad program at the time of application.
  • Must comply to rules and regulations at the faculty (if any)

Document Requirements

  • A faculty recommendation letter signed by the Dean or Vice Dean with particular information needs to be included. Please read “IMPORTANT NOTES” for detailed information about it.
  • Legalized latest transcripts
  • IRS for last semester at UI before departing exchange
  • Language Proficiency CertificateTOEFL / IELTS
  • CV
  • Motivation Letter
  • Statement letter of willingness not to leave the country if the faculty does not give permission
  • Written approval letter of departure from parents
  • Study Plan (mandatory)

How to Apply!

All documents have to be merged in 1 (ONE) pdf format file in the order listed above. Send the documents to outbound@ui.ac.id at the latest on 2 March 2025.

Notes:

  1. Students who apply for fee paying study abroad do not need an selection.
  2. We will recommend you to fee paying study abroad if the exchange quota has been fulfilled.

Recommendation Letter

*Please indicate:

  • The Outbound Exchange Scheme that your faculty support and acknowledge (only online or only offline both online and offline schemes are supported and acknowledged).
  • The student will not graduate from UI until exchange program is completed.
  • Academics credits earned from exchange program abroad can be converted transfered to UI.
